Sure don't look like an "assembled" machine gun to me. The barrel is not in place. This sounds more like a paperwork mess up more than anything else. Hard to tell what else is not assembled in that picture.

I prefer to have my machine guns mounted behind the headlights. It works better that way. The headlights flip up, the guns lock in position and--- Goldfinger never knew what hit him.

I'd prefer dillions full assault suburban if I recall it may even come with countermeasures but its redesigned mini gun from sun roof makes traffic and get away tolerable
