Side job suggestion.

Print a series of related questions on 3x5 cards and sell sets of them to the carriers for distribution to their O/O's that operate near the Mexican border. Having answers for the other person to point to would also help. You could even expand to Canadian French so the drivers in Quebec could get there point across to the customers there that want the product but don't know how to tell us where the receiving department is located.
