Since we are seeing once again another carrier cutting its drivers rates, what cost cutting measures would folks recommend? The big one of course is anything that enhances fuel savings. What are people doing? They new and the old might be able to pick up a trick or two.

Is it me, or does it seem like two of the larger carriers are in a mad race to the bottom? I find it interesting that the economy and freight are picking up and some nameless carriers are cutting rates. Some interesting info being generated out of the carrier forums.
