    Bolt sleeper

They aren't really bad by most people's standards. I ended up getting a few pet items like a vacuum for pet hair and a little sticky thing like a roller but made for pet hair. Got the hair out really well after a few go overs. I guess the stain I thought I was seeing was more of the way the...

    Bolt sleeper

We are working for someone else. Worse case scenario, I will pay to replace them. It's for my own comfort.

    Bolt sleeper

Does anyone know if and how you could clean the covers on the bolt sleeper bench seats. Getting into a truck used by someone else, they had pets, and I have allergies. Looks stained some too.

    Direct Tv in the Truck?

Direct tv, you can't get HD. Dish network is what we use and we added it to our home service for 7 bucks a month. Just bought a receiver for it at camping world.

    roof satellite

Thanks for the info. It finally started working. The HD channels wouldn't come in for some reason though. Well, 1 did...but it was 1 we didn't want to watch lol. We drove to the store down the street in hopes any buildup would fall off, and it did. Started working after that. Usually we...

    roof satellite

Can anyone who has a rooftop satellite tell me if they work during winter? We are sitting with barely any snow out and can't get the signal to work. If it does, and you have to clear it, any suggestions on a way to clear it off?

    Inverter help!!

Yeah, not going to try and fix it. Just curious if anyone knew about them. I know it wasn't overloaded. I always check the appliances I use and I use way under what it can deal with. Something just decided to go haywire today for whatever reason. Guess the Max burton stove will be in use for the...

    Inverter help!!

Does anyone know anything about inverters? We do not own the truck and are trying to find a solution to our issue if possible before getting a shop involved. We have a tripac generator with the 1800 watt inverter. Has worked perfectly until this afternoon. I exclusively use this inverter to cook...

    bath in truck

I think having a shower in the truck is nice. Or I did, until pilot took all the drinking water out of the RV fuel island at the flying j's. It's too hard to find water now.

    lift axle

It is a straight truck with 3 axles. The lift axle has two wheels, so rear is 8 wheels. My question is....if it can weigh 34,000 in the rear it doesn't matter how the weight is distributed on the rear and lift axles as long as in combination it is at or under 34,000 correct? This is not our...

    lift axle

I was thinking 34,000. Thanks. So it doesn't matter how much the rear and lift axles weigh individually? It's just they can't be over the 34,000? Never used them, so just curious.

    lift axle

If driving a straight truck with lift axle registered for 54,000 pounds, what would the legal axle weights be?

I think ill check an RV store. Thanks:)

    rooftop ac smell

No decrease in performance. The truck is brand new, but not sure about the actual ac unit because we are not the owners. We don't have any other odor problems. If we run the regular ac in the truck or nothing at all, there is no smell at all. Maybe an RV dealer would have some type of vent spray...

    rooftop ac smell

We have a new truck with a new rooftop ac like the rvs. Has anyone ever experienced a smell from theirs? Best I can describe it is that it smells similar to what cat spray smells like, lol. We see water drain from the holes on the side of the roof, so I'm not sure if this is some kind of water...
