I will say The Golden Lugnut always gives everyone something to think about, as JJoerger found a website that is exactly what Lugnut has made on his own obviously to improve his capacity for freight.
I can't figure out why there are people on this forum that always seem to shoot down...
CHEFDENNIS, No it makes no difference who the driver works for when something like this happens, but my thought when I read about it was there are so many FedX drivers on this forum, that maybe someone knew him and hadn't heard about it.
It is truly a sad story for all involved including the...

Looking for information about load boards that I would be able to access & gather information on types of freight in different areas. I'm not wanting to get my brokers license nor do I want to book any loads, just want some information to better understand the freight business. If anyone that...
Terry and Rene I believe he is with a smaller co. and it was a straight truck with a 22' box. Didn't really say anything about any other reason to be out of service. He's only been with them for a couple of months though.

Kat

Ok Critter....... May I ask why you don't carry the most basic parts like a fuel filter, oil filter, replacement belts etc. It sounds like you were a little ill prepared to be on the road in that kind of weather.
Kat
Hey Critter what was the local temperatures where you were at that was causing the freeze up/gelling----also is your truck equiped with a generator or an APU ?
