All State Express thread, locked?? what does that mean, and why?

The engine light/symbol came on, its an evap leak large, 2007 chevy express, 4,8 v8, tried re-fitting the fuel cap, cleared the code, came back 2 days later, should i be worried, seems to run fine...........
