    Situation: say I have a 33,000 GVWR straight, and the rear axle is 21,000 I add a 20,000 pusher axle I'm at a scale getting a level 1, weighed in at 40,000 lb on rears. (20k on each axle) (Magically the front is 12k on a 12k axle) What happens? Am I legal? With a tandem, am I limited to 34k...
