Not to long ago there was some posts about this very subject. I hope everyone especially newbies read this. Get your ACC insurance yourself and make the payments yourself, that could be you. Sad story, but they could have been protected.

Back before the digital tv's came out I had a couple of them and they didn't last long. Seems as though the AC kind get better reception and last longer. I have not had a DC since they changed over to digital maybe they are better now than in the past. I don't even know if they make them anymore.
