    Air Leaks

Fan hub o-rings have a tendency to dry out and start to leak. Cat's have more than others for some reason and Cummins also. I used to change them quite frequently.

    New V.A. Clinic

I have been going to the same VA in Augusta ga since being shot down and med e vac back from VN 1970. I have never had a problem with the VA and my doctors have been great. The only problem with the VA is the record keeping. They told me I needed to update my Medical Card Id, so I did. Since...

That might be a West Coast thing also. Over here they mostly use SRW (single rear wheel) because of fuel, maintenance and all that stuff. Don't hear to much about expediters on the west coast, would like to though.

What carriers are taking on vans?

I didn't see anything about fleet owners in that. It said previous owner. This game is not easy to get in, stay in or excel in.

Welcome. I'm not a Sprinter guy but I would think the sleeper for Expediters would be better in a 2500. Can't get a pallet between the wheel wells in a 3500 and waste to much weight building a floor. You will hear that from a lot of guys who own them.

    Laredo

I had one of those crazy loads. Loaded in Augusta ga, went to Ft Lauder dale airport. Picked up in Orlando fl one pallet to El Paso, dropped dead headed to Laredo (long way) pickup for Detroit Mi. Good round, probably never see that again in a million years. Long week.

What carriers are taking on vans?

Your starting at the top, if your just starting out your going to have to start with a smaller carrier or one who does not mind experience numbers. I would say Bolt is a good place to start.

    Speeding ticket

You have a great point there. I never understood that until I got into Expediting. I guess hearing everyone talk about it after awhile it just sinks in. The hardest part for me is the 18's coming up behind you at mok 2, get within 3 foot of your bumper swing out and pass and get off at the...

    Speeding ticket

I was going to say the same thing. Like 85+?? All that extra gas up in smoke, all that fine money, almost fired, all that aggravation, was it worth it? The faster you drive the more stress you put on yourself, blood pressure goes up, wife is mad cause she need's the money, OH WAIT...

    inverter problem

Always ground to the frame with adequate size cable. 2ga/1ga, something along that line. Some vans have a rubber pad between the cab and the frame, the factory ground is never enough.
