Gate valve in the turbo is not opening all the way. To much back pressure. If thats not it you have restriction on the boost side of the engine. That's where the air goes to the in/ side of the engine. The hoses that connect the aluminum boost tubes sometimes seperate on the inside and...

A good friend of mine had 75 Petes with C-15 cat engines. Cat gave them nothing but grief on warranty work. He got so mad he sold the 75 trucks and bought Cummins ISX engines. Never been happier. Now if you have one do not take it to a truck dealer for engine work. Take it only to CAT.

You are correct. The only way DOT can legally do that is to have the parking lot placed under police jurisdiction. That falls under the owner of the property. Go someplace else and boycot those facilities. Rest areas are used everywhere by DOT because it's state property.
