If I did not have my other C/Van on a regular run I don't know what it would be doing right now. Todays market calls for larger vehicle's that are still under the 10K mode of operation. Cargo Max or Sprinter types. If your going to be in this business and want to succeed you ether keep up...

I agree with what everyone is saying BUT, back when GM, Chrysler and every other Tom Dick and harry was bankrupting, Ford promised their workers a raise in this category. They did not do it. I know they make entirely to much money, they're attitudes just plain suck when you get to a dock to...

This just me and what I do. If I buy a Van with over 100,000 I put it in my shop and go over it from front to back. Check Alternator (load), change belts, check brakes, change u-joits etc. If it looks worn change it. Better now than down the road. GM will be in the neighborhood of 3-5 cpm...

This is me speaking now, my experience. Most dispatchers have never been anywhere but from home to work. They don't know about living conditions etc. etc. etc. They probably wouldn't know if you did move even with tracking, they have so much to do they don't remember where you are.:eek:
