It's good to hear that the judge would have allowed the headscarf, but why didn't the security people know that? And the police chief is wrong to say it had nothing to do with her headscarf - it had everything to do with it. She went to jail because some officious security officer didn't know...

They rarely "harass" us, [most times they are called by someone], but usually, they do tell us we need to move, due to store policy, city law, or resident's complaint. It goes with the territory.

How can you say that "an unborn child's life doesn't matter" when you know nothing at all about why any woman made the decision to terminate a pregnancy? Did it ever occur to you that it might matter a great deal, but she has to make a very tough decision, when a pregnancy wasn't part of her...

The separation of church and state is not a talking point, it is an essential component of the freedoms we all hold dear. Allowing religion to influence government is a good idea - if you happen to practice the same religion as the majority. But times change, demographics change, and one day...

If everything else checks out, I don't see why it would. A red flag is a long period of unemployment, especially if one had been working as a driver - that looks suspicious. Short gaps are just part of looking for a job, usually.
