This works both ways. The small fleet owner is looking for a driver. In their search for a driver the company may give their name and number to an interested party and help them out.

Like Leo said, fsc should go 100% to driver if he is paying the fuel.

Hopefully they will be paid a team rate.

Landstar is a great company to work for. Just make sure you don't hide anything from them as they are very thorough on their background check (no stone unturned). They only accept the cream of the crop.
