    As seen from I-65

I've noticed a lot of FECC straights today. More than I usually see. Flat rate not as bad as anticipated, old contracts or all headed home? Maybe they just need every mile available? Hopefully they were all running profitable.

    One day early

I just left the TN I-65 N scale @MM5. Got a clean inspection. Trooper said they like to stop straight trucks for inspection because they are quicker and easier than 18 wheelers. Be safe and be prepared.

    Aero devices

Synthetic oil is something I will have to look into. 50,000 mile oil changes, WOW. I can see the savings there. Great post Linda, thanks for sharing. A light foot seems to give the best returns:)

    Aero devices

Thanks. It doesn't have to be on the list. I've read that somewhere about the air tabs. Buy nothing much about other devices.

The one on Oxmoor is good too. I remember when that place was a Quincy's. The Pelham location is closer to me, I'm down near Clanton.

    Aero devices

Do you use any aero devices? If so, which ones? Did you get a good return on investment? If you bought a new truck, would you buy those aero devices again? Did the product deliver on the claims made by the manufacturer? I'm referring to things like trailer tail , airtabs , side skirts, mud...
