We have tandems on this truck and no dolly legs, we always dump the airbags before being loaded. Most of the time, if we don't dump the air we are too tall for the dock anyway.

We also purchased direct from the company and had no problem. I'd give the company one last chance to correct the problem and then I would dispute the charge with your credit card company.
