We were stopped at a scalehouse in Quebec a few months ago and they asked if we had a permit for running SS. After a weight check, said we didn't need one. We only had about 500lbs on.

So does anyone know who's in charge of updating the website with the new information? I would imagine it's simply a matter of not transferring the new web pages to the drivers side. Maybe they don't realize there's a problem?

Thanks Xiggi, I must have misunderstood. I thought that the maps had been updated on the owners web, but not the drivers web.

We've been asked all the above questions since becoming expediters. I think many times people are fishing, since different people make different rates. When asked about rates, we usually say we get a percentage of what the owner gets. We don't discuss specifics. I like it when another...

We've been at home, went back into service this morning. On the Drivers Web, the old maps are still showing. I can see the new boards, but the map is the old one. Anyone else having this problem?

We always hand the officer the paperwork, our passports, drivers licenses, Fast cards and the Rabies certificate for our dog. We've never had an officer say "whoa, that's too much stuff" . We figure that if they don't have to ask for anything, we'll get through quicker.

We are on our way home right now, we live in New Bern, NC. I'm watching our board position as we are traveling. We've been on the Raleigh/Durham board since we hit Greensboro and now we're east of Goldsboro headed for Kinston. We live 167 miles from the first suggested truckstop on the...
