I'll tell ya what....way back when HC in Ontario was getting really stupid...cutting Dr's and nurses pay driving them to leave and come down here......Doctors finally got involved in politics and got elected ...HC started to change....Private clinics were allowed and the outflow of staff almost...

I can't grasp the difference in language....if you are in the middle of a restart....you can not be available for a load....so technically you are OOS....

thanks for that....you get loaded say Friday and it does not deliver till say Monday....can you do the restart while under load?......
