    Set rates would be nice, factoring zonal operating costs. High fuel & tolls certainly affect CPM for all.

    Generally couriers get a lower percentage because its common to have 2, 3 & 4 deliveries on board at one time. Higher percentages are paid, generally, for deeply discounted customers and route work.

    There wouldn't be an increase in the number of bids because there wouldn't be an increase in the number of trucks. You don't bid on a load without a driver to cover. See what I'm saying?     I run my K-cups twice each for about an 18 ounce cup. I also buy the bulk cases at Sam's Club at about $.56 per cup. But I don't YET carry my Keurig. Love 'em though. I've "worm out" two of them. On my third now in about 5-6 years.
