Set rates would be nice, factoring zonal operating costs. High fuel & tolls certainly affect CPM for all.

Generally couriers get a lower percentage because its common to have 2, 3 & 4 deliveries on board at one time. Higher percentages are paid, generally, for deeply discounted customers and route work.

I run my K-cups twice each for about an 18 ounce cup. I also buy the bulk cases at Sam's Club at about $.56 per cup. But I don't YET carry my Keurig. Love 'em though. I've "worm out" two of them. On my third now in about 5-6 years.
