With the oil never getting up to temperature, all the moisture from normal combustion never boils off, contaminating the oil and accelerating wear. I very much agree with Turtle. What else was ignored? Likely everything. If it started and ran, it was driven. Only reactive repairs done...

Are you monitoring data through the BCU? If yes, then you're seeing a normal phenomena on that particular line of data. If you want a real reading, look at DPR outlet temp through the ecu, not the bcu. Nothing is broken. It's a programming error.

It sounds like it needs an injection pump, as you've ruled out the usual suspects. Clamping the line has the risk of blowing the shaft seal out of the pump. Watch the oil level. If clamping the line raised pressure, then that tells me that the pump has an unacceptable rate of internal...

For the high beams, the multifunction switch is the most likely culprit. Marker lights are on a completely different circuit, so other lights won't affect the high beams. If you have lights that don't function but they have voltage at both the power and ground points, they have poor grounds...
