The only advice i can give you is to contact Panther ,and ask about the Elite division ,as they seams to do a lot of DOD loads . I'v yet to hear about dedicated work . expedite is a none dedicated ,none directional segment of transportation ,tho'w there's always the exceptions . Panther also...
