yes ,but,some Expedite carrier's and truck owners ,do not charge back quarterly hwy use taxes ,which make's the pump price king . i always like to deduct from the pump price the fuel tax ,and then calculate the paid FSC ,and divide by the fuel millage ,which get me to buy fuel at about 56 cents...
