Well after being at home for close to a month, installing new injectors, a new alternator and a new tire on the truck I'm ready to hit the road. With the tropical storm here in Florida I doubt I will get anything but who knows.

The 04-06 sprinters have an electric pump in the tank so all of the lines have pressure and not vacuum. But I can see that happening on a straight truck as I'm sure most of them are sucking the fuel out of the tanks all the way from the tank to the filter to the high pressure pump. I...

I have seen people talk about this issue and have to wonder if the little fuel pressure regulator that is on the high pressure pump. When that regulator sticks closed it causes the electric pump in the tank to run hard, I wonder if it were to stick open would cause low rail pressure under high load?

The manual shows 18ft pounds torque on the injector hold down bolts is that right? Seems to low, and 115 inch pounds for the fuel return pipe? I see the error in the manual 91 ft pounds ouch.

Arizona does not recognize commercial registrations from other states on vehicles over 6000 lbs gvw. Would be like not having any plates according to them. Ever wondered why Penske and uhaul have apportioned plates on all of their vehicles, all the way down to their pick ups? Now you know...

That is awesome, I wonder if there is an onboard charger so that if you pulled into a truck stop with shore power you could plug in and charge overnight? The typical solo driver may not need to run the turbine that often if they could charge it overnight. Brakes would last forever on that...
