    Welcome September

Time will tell on the gas sixes, can't get it thru my head that one would last 500,000 miles... I heard they were good, but my low roof work dried up, trying to stay out of regulated (straight truck) at all costs

Never that low, so far...my big issue is I like to be one move ahead as far as vans go...i've already turned down a "sprinter" load that would have paid more than I did for the van, but it was 74" high...but what is there to choose from? Everything is dpf/def and worse on mpg

    Welcome September

When is there not a headwind? In Toronto they're still plentiful, as far as the drop in mpg give me yours for a hot run and it'll drop too ;) I doubt I would have seen 15 mpg with a gas transit

    Welcome September

Bored, and woke up early...playing with the Sprinter configurator I see the ext is available in a 9990 GVW, exempting me nicely from USDoT..however in Canada 4500 kg is actually 9920 lb seeming to require me to both log and get an annual inspection...the MTO office treats 4500 kg as 10000 lb...

    Welcome September

Ok. I was called from home for a local 20 min run, she seemed annoyed that I got her to repeat it twice. Then I explained it's an hour and a half one way for me to get there...the light bulb went on...

A LOT of Truckers may fall in these early recommendations for a Sleep Apnea Test

Ok besides the fact that I meet most of the criteria does anybody know what #4 treatment option is? Who's ok with a hole in the throat, anyone?

    Start of my bed

That helps...glad you got it done! I saw a few posts about the old one.. Seeing that portable is giving me ideas, no messing with lifting into the side window, no cutting, and no embarrassing mcdonalds drive thru roof disasters... How do you handle the generator? I briefly had one (chinese)...

Ok is this as it happens or did you post pics after the fact! If you can build out a van that quick you should sell that service and make some quick cash Had mine since February and I've still got a mattress on the floor

    Post Expedite 2016 Experience

We all like getting a window into other's builds, gives ideas...please post away Youre right about the sprinter being the biggest, but do some research on weight capacity and DEF/DPF issues. A lot have gone the route of the Transit due to the random 4000$ wallet flushes from malfunctioning...

    Start of my bed

A trick I used was to lay a sheet of the pink floor type hard insulation down on the plywood before my mattress, otherwise in the winter condensation would make the bed wet...probably a good idea for the partition as well
