Norman Lake NC is a great one....and there is one in Greensboro as well I've had good luck with.... Corsicana Tx as well is good....stay away from Knoxville and Dallas....they stink and are expensive..

expensive near S.F and especially R.C the Black Hills...in the burbs...a 3 Br back split for about 50-60K maybe 100K New cars and trucks..sales tax is 3% only
