    Advice on a 2003 Sprinter....

Yeah, there were lots of problems with them, but nothing insurmountable. Most of the problems deal with the intake and EGR valve, and IIRC a vibrating fuel line which is something to keep an eye on. EGR valve is an easy one, just take it off and give it a good scrubbing about every 4 months...

    How old are your tires?

Old tires should be replaced after 10 years for sure, but European vehicle manufacturers and most experts recommend 6 years for replacement. This includes the spare. I won't buy a new tire with a manufacturing date of more than 12 months old.

    Idleaire closes

According to a report for the Maryland Office of Planning in 2006, each IdleAir space costs $16,700 to install. There are 8,760 hours in a year. Projected paid occupancy of available spaces was 50-55% average annual usage, with 55-70% in the summer and a corresponding 30-55% usage in the winter...

    Ok Al...where is the heat?

The amount of air and water pollution that is out there now, and that we output on a yearly basis today, is a fraction, a tiny fraction, of what was out there fifty, eighty years ago. But, media and other alarmists have gotten things to the point where a backyard BBQ grill and open bonfires on...

    Ok Al...where is the heat?

They realized early on that "Global Warming" wasn't gonna fly, when the Earth's temperature started a steady rate of cooling in 1990 as part of a normal cycle. That's why the new and improved term is "Climate Change", since that allows for anything and everything out of the ordinary. Now, any...

    New Georgia Law

Thanks for giving us the details of the new law and the higher fines involved. March 29, 2009 ATLANTA, GA — There’s a new law on the books to crack down on drivers who excessively break the speed limits on metro Atlanta roads. It’s been dubbed the “Superspeeder” Law and it tacks on...

    Do you watch:

For watching Robin Meade? That's a tricky question. Some toys you never get bored playing with. :D But yeah, I now have satellite TV in the van.

    Do you watch:

I can always find something else to watch regardless of who is on that list, so it's "none of the above". My favorite is Robin Meade, who is engaging, riveting, insightful, and intensely thought provoking... even with the sound turned down.

CIA Workers Killed in Afghanistan as U.S. Steps Up Spying Role

Possibly, but I rarely miss much of anything utterly and completely. I may misunderstand a few things now and again, but I'm merely responding to what you typed, and what you typed seemed to me to read like a set of absolutes more than anything. "Accept nothing on the basis of assertion only...

CIA Workers Killed in Afghanistan as U.S. Steps Up Spying Role

Just like many who follow Islam, many Christians can easily justify lying if the lie is for the greater good, or at least the greater good as they perceive it. The bаstаrdization of religious interpretations is not unique to Islam, Christianity or any other religion. It's all about power and...

    Changes at Flying J

Vans can still park at the Detroiter, no problem. Go into the big truck lot, either wave to the toll booth collector as you go by, or stop and say hi, and then go all the way to the back, but not into the Werner Playpen. It's the concrete barrier wall in front of the Werner playpen where the...

CIA Workers Killed in Afghanistan as U.S. Steps Up Spying Role

Like I said, you have to properly present the experiences within plausible interpretations. That means to present them within a frame of reference the reader or student can understand, whatever that frame might be. Back to the cooking example, before I could properly present and relate my...

Both, but it gets murky, sort of. As of Jan 1, 2010, there are 49 Freightliner dealers who will sell and service the 2010 and later models. All of these Freightliner dealers have already been selling and servicing the earlier year models, and will continue to service both older and newer...
