    '98 International 9800 COE Parts ??

"We have a quad axle. Placed a steer axle behind the fuel tanks. Has a rigmaster, 28 foot box, liftgate, full logistics. Really good machine. BTW could gross 66,000 in some states, but chose to plate it for 54,000 (bridge laws)." Is it possible to post a few pics of this amazing rig?

    Passports

From what I have read, commerical vehicles may still need them unless you have a fast card, the application will mean nothing. The last border crossing I did, I handed both to the nice lady and she scanned both. But as I have always said, just get it, it saves a lot of problems if you are...

    Moderation

OK this is not Phil bashing but I ran across this type of comment a lot of times in the past and feel compelled to address it not as someone who has been a moderator but rather as an EO member. One thing I do get offended by is the idea that this is not a true open forum and must have a name...

    The Prime Directive.

OVM, There is a lot we do. The issue at hand is that we do too much in comparison - read the present immigration 'reform' bill in the senate and it illistrates much of what I am talking about - this expands a lot of the things we already give to people who hit our shores. Canada has been a...

    A family on the road

Mike, We have very good freinds from the east side of Tennessee where this happened (I was passing through their town and stopped at the Wal-Mart) and they are flooded by Mexicians. So it is not a slam on the people of Tennessee or Mexicians who immigrated here legally but the people who have...

    Seal on truck

I agree that documenting everything is a given but when you have a delivery where the people on the dock refuse to cut the thing, note it on the BOL. Many times I have had to deal with that situation, no one is willing to get off the dock to go to my truck to cut the thing so I can pull into the...

    A family on the road

I am parked in Wyoming just resting at one of those road side stops and a Swift truck pulls up behind me. They all unloaded, about 8 of them, 2 adults and 6 kids. I can not understand why anyone would have 6 kids with them on the road like that. A couple of the older ones climbed over the...

    Seal on truck

After a lot of sealed loads, I got into the habit when I am get to the delivery to ask them for a dock number and if they want to break the seal themselves or have me do it while they watch. Only once they watched and once they did it themselves, all the other times the didn't care.

    This Worked For Me, Again.

theoldprof, After I did that and was about 50 miles down the road, I realized you might be made at me to take the liberty in editing it. Glad you're not, no problem editing it. It is good stuff by the way.

    The Prime Directive.

OVM, Have you ever read the prime directive? If you are a true trekie (treky) you would have read it in it's true form, not the b*stardized version from the modren trekie (treky). Got to learn about it. Although you do have a point, but I don't know about the outlaw of horse meat. I mean...

    Moderation

"WE ARE WORKING ON IT. It will get better, this I promise." Dreamer, improving a good thing? "Vango at times It seems like the "D" units don't like the "B" units and the "C" units are caught In the middle between they but there's not many "C" units anymore. And at the same time "B" units don't...

    This Worked For Me, Again.

Edited for effect - "I am a retired van expediter O/O. Although I was never a top money maker, I tried to keep my operation as efficient as possible. Here are some ideas you may or may not want to use. Starting with the outside of the van I had spare light bulbs and the tools I needed to...

    Moderation

I somewhat agree with Terry but I must add that this is a community, albeit a virtual community, it is a community. Within all communities, there are some who can’t say much without being called on it or trashed. With All communities there are all types of personalities and egos that sometimes...

24th CHILD killed in Chicago public schools!!!

OVM, What’s your point? We always have had a problem in schools, not until we get our society straight will we reduce these types of killings. Honestly since the victimization of our society and the screwed up education system where we must teach feelings instead of tangible knowledge, we...

Democrats Hide Pet Projects From Voters

Brenda, I understand what you are saying but you have fallen into the trap that many want all of us to fall into and it is a trap about class warfare. I think that you need to understand that thinking this way holds you and I back from true success. I mean that today we as a society want to...
