Well I may be wrong about this but the flag burning issue is actually a freedom of expression issue which is an extension of the freedom of speech. No words are needed to be spoken or written (remember there is something called interpretive arts which sometimes can be really offensive to some)...

You know I really think that the originator of this thread is a person who has failed his DOT because of his weight problems and could not convince their doctor to pass them. For some reason I find the entire subject somewhat troublesome because the limitations already put into the DOT regs...
