They are starting to take perch out around "E" bouy off Toledo Beach Marina. The catfish are doing good in the channel behind the power plant below Luna Pier. No boat? Try walking out on the beach in front of that power plant and fish the outflows from the plant. Lots of cats in that area.

I agree. MEN have to stand up for what is right reguardless of the personal costs. I do think that his repentence might be real. He has had to live with this for a lifetime. That is a VERY long time to have to reflect on his actions. I cannot say for sure, but I can see how it could happen...
