Been at home this week, knocking down trees around the barn with the loader on the tractor ..... hopefully get the remaining ones down in the next day or so .... and then rent a mini-excavator to do the stumps (on the ones I couldn't push over and had to cut), and some trenching for drainage...

Yup, pretty much ..... particularly if that petition was not to the developers, but to any type of governmental authority .... Yup .... but one's rights only extend to the point where they don't infringe upon the freedoms and rights of others ... Once you cross that line, any moral high ground...
