In the early to mid 70's at least once a week I was paid to install those "gun racks" in the back window of pickup trucks...in most cases the rifles or shotguns were there on the front seat for me to "fit" the racks to the guns and position them right....

I guess paying people a wage for the work they perform is no longer enough, even for those that already have a "profit sharing program"...employee's now need to "share in the "Corporate" profits" of their employer....oh yea, those that invest and start their own business and make it profitable...
