I think you are confusing them. E1 is a expedite company, and the Fed and Panther are logistic companies. They aren't the same thing.

For us it would depend on what the load paid. Would consider it to go in and out, but have no interest in having the trucks castrated on a permanent basis. We don't really do that much into Ontario and Quebec. The other provinces don't require it, so we still do those.
