    Wiper Blades

I was just thinking, you said when you were young the wipers worked better. Could it be because the windsheilds were flat and not curved?

    Wiper Blades

I notice also the blades don't last as long, but then again I moved from San Diego, Ca to Fort Wayne, In wiper blades really aren't a big concern in San Diego When you say winter blade are you talking about the ones that have the frame wrapped or the newer ones that have no frame? For...

    Security Tape

Hey Scott, At Brinks we would preload trucks with coin and seal them up in the warehouse for the driver/messengers the next morning Since all employees had access to the building and truck key. That way when the messenger inspected the truck he could see no one opened the door. I guess a...

    Security Tape

Lots of places use the tape especially for cargo vans that have no place for a seal. We used the tape at Brinks when we loaded the trucks. If you tamper with the seal you will be able to see it

    Buying my 1st truck

What's wrong with Hino? From what i hear they get great mileage and are dependable(Hino is Toyota). Also how are the Chevy Kodiak trucks or the Ford F650's? I can get plenty of information on Freightliner and International but seem to hit a wall on the other trucks available. Is there any...

    Who would you want?

Unfortunately, "Sulley" will have to retire in three years. He is 57 years old and has mandatory retirement at age 60. I think they should look at physical health and not age. Hopefully his talents will be put to good use, maybe in the FAA or as a teacher. Personally, I'd rather have him...

    Windshield washer solution

Cool, just didn't want you to mess up the washer system in your truck. Also, I believe years ago when they used a different ink in the newspapers, it would actually polish the windshield. Now they use soy ink mostly so it probably doesn't work the same, but the paper is still good for cleaning.

Great, that might be a good alternative for me since I'd only be out occasionally. I don't really want to invest in a condo for two nights out per week.

    Windshield washer solution

I think but am not positive you just pour the coke on the windsheild, cleans the bugs an gunk off good. I don't think you add it to the resevoir. It would go flat in there anyways. Just don't want you to add a can of coke in there. Correct me if I am wrong. Also, an old firefighter trick...

    Windshield washer solution

I like the new wiper blades that don't have any pressure points especially in snow and ice. They are kinda pricey though and don't last much longer than the regular wipers. I might run regular in the Spring and Summer and the pricey ones in the winter
