Problem resolved....well they had to order a part, but I am back in service...while it sounded internal, it was a broken heat shield mounting bracket that let the shield rattle between the block and the "Y" pipe.... I guess when we depend on these thing for what we do, when we hear something...

No Guido, this noise is not late spark , it is internal, bearing, lifter, rocker...it sounds like it is in the lower end of the motor, but it easily can be in the valve train, actually i am hoping it is in the valve train (lifter, rocker arm) a that would be quicker fix then somsthing in the...

Load 1 is John Elliott....but it is also more then that, well what i mean is that it is the "people" that make Load 1...I am not talking about the O/O's or those that lease there, but the staff...they are a reflection of John and how he does things...i know a few people that worked else where...

Had a great weekend with the familt and of football....was planning on going in service about now...well i loaded up the van with the necessary foor stuff and the laundry that i had done...did a quick walk around on the van, check the fluid levels and fired it up to let it run since it was fri...

The starting battery is not designed for the use with a inverter...even with the van running, you are drawing from the battery, not the alternator.... save yourself the problemms go buy a good deep cell12 volt battery, a isolator and wire it up right .....i know the van isn't yours, so dont...

I started using it about 6 months ago....Id love to be ableto use it at TA/Petro....
