I think that our carriers are acting out of fear of intimidation from the government. We are just the ones that have to take it in the ear.

It could also have a problem with the electricity it puts out, it might not be "clean enough". While micro-waves, computers will run on "dirty" electricity they run better on "clean" or true sine wave electricity. They last longer if run on true sine wave power as well.
