I-35 in Laredo opened in both directions at 1300....but the radio chatter is while San Antonio expressways are open, they are a mess..and will be bad again tonight....

11:35 am Laredo...I-35 North bound is open, South bound still closed....the big uphill Ramp to the International bridge is still ice covered....

11:00 am Texas time i-35 in Laredo is still closed....:eek:

Great month!! I WAS right there with you until I ran down here to Laredo.....Between no freight at reasonable rates and the weather, It looks like I will match Guidos time down here....today is day 6....luckily I got that great paying "local' and the "layover pay" that I wll take while...

watching an empty I 35 from the 26 mile marker to Laredo is closed covered in ice....

Laredo is Ice covered...I-35 from the 26 mile marker into Laredo is Closed...all trucks are on the service road.......the is a 1/4 in of ice covering my van.....BUT...the SUN is up for the 1st time in 3 days, and i just heard it is getting to 47 today.... Oh the complete expressway system is...

Decided I needed a pizza so i went down into Laredo. Went to the pizza hut. On my way back to the "J" , 35 was ice covered and I counted 7 multi car accidents in 9 miles.....and a single car rollover on the on ramp to 35 north at uniroyal dr by the Pilot....:rolleyes:

I figured I'd move this up to be along with OVM's 2 other SD Post....
