Yes, it is a diesel, and all filters, etc get changed on a regular basis.The only time it got close to 20 mpg was when I first brought it home,empty shell of a van.It got 19.4.But since I loaded it up, etc, 15 is average. A freind of mine has the same exact van, but with the 3:55 rear end ratio...
