Well known Expediter Truck For Sale

If I was in the market for a good used truck, that would be the one.Bob and Linda have taken excellent care of it, no doubt.I'm surprised they are selling it that cheap, even with the miles on it.Probably a 1.5 million mile truck, due to the awesome maintenance.I'm not a big fan of the C-7...

    Headsets for cell phones

I have the Blue Parrot 250xt and love it, also.I have a Plantronics Voyager Pro for use when in public, to ward off those strange looks from people not used to seeing someone with a boom type headset...lol. They both work well, but the Plantronics is alot more clear, for me to hear, anyway.

Ok the Nissan delivery trucks are rolling out

I could never understand why someone would buy a short wheelbase van for the expediting industry to begin with.Makes no sense, when space is the name of the game. But, yes, I see them out there all over, even a Ford E-150 short wheelbase.

    New Lounge

On Saturday while waiting for my clothes to dry I was up there in one of those chairs talking on the phone and actually fell asleep while talking to him, so they must be comfortable....He called me back in an hour to tell me my clothes were probably dry.And woke me up in the process. Had a...

    Cargo Van V. Sprinter

I would think it makes a difference no matter what carrier youre at.A Sprinter seems to be the preferred choice amongst customer requests for a vehicle.

    Chef Dennis's New CargoMax

Looks real nice, I am happy for you! a 14 ft body is rare for a van, isnt it? I'd love to have a spartan body on a Ford with 14'.

Asking for load/rate over qc before taking

I know it is offered to me, the layover time pay, but there are alot of times I start the sitting time later than my drop-off time, or simply dont put it in at all.I think dispatch has to answer to why we are sitting when we collect the layover pay, but not sure. But anyway, I feel dispatch is...

Asking for load/rate over qc before taking

And just think....there are some cheap freight rate :censoredsign: companies out there who think they are doing their o/o's a favor at offering them .50 cpm loaded rates.. and there are those stupid enough to take that crap.

Asking for load/rate over qc before taking

Yes, you are so right. It is so nice to have the faith and trust in dispatch and the company as well. And if a load happens to pay less than normal? So what.Look at all John has done for us, and the concern for a lower paying load goes away.It is nice to have that peaceful, easy feeling. :D

Our so-called "Accent" is normal to most, but odd to you, because of where you were brought up, and where you live..Stay here long enough and you, yourself, may begin to speak and spell normal...in good time...

    March Locations

Had a great 3,650 mile week the week before, and a decent week this week, considering I had to take Friday off to get the new front springs, radius arm bushings, new shocks, alignment, and an oil change.Tires are coming in the next 15,000 miles. And a trans flush.Thank you, Load One, for keeping...

    mileage short

I think there are some companies out there that pay the driver less miles than quoted in order to keep the price down to the customer.I know that at Load One and at All-State, my miles were either exact or less than the paid miles, rarely more.

Why not use a trailer with a van or pick up?

You'd think it would happen this way,but my brother in Fla owns a window/siding/roofing business and pulls a 24 ft trailer all the time, rarely unhooking from it, which is loaded heavy from the way he puts it.He puts 50-75 thou on his f-350, trading it in every 2 years. He hasnt had any problems...
