yeah its the narrower/std size tire for winter. you want a narow footprint to cut thru the snow. wider is better in dry weather. had no trouble last year with my m&s tires even in the icey 4" thick lot up in green bay. just use low gear.

my gy dealer uses kendall gt-1. thats what i use. full syn for the extra time between changes at 10k. usually add a qt every 10k.

i have had 18 on occasion a couple times with my little motor. depending on wind, load, road and of course speed, 19 is entirely possible. course this time of year and no a/c neeed much easier.
