Membership or certification does not guarantee more loads? It simply helps create reputation and opportunities to network with like minded peers. Seeing as it is a trade organization and it isn't owned by its members it is in fact a third party. You seem adamant on your stance. But why you...

The organization has excellent legal council and I know they review all these type things in advance. Augusta was a whole different situation. That was based on sex. Discrimination is a completely different arena Hawk.

Cost of business to me. If a small carrier has 15 units is $40 much for better and more secure opportunities and business? I would think the discounts and other programs easily cover membership. They especially benefit small carriers as they don't have the same ability to negotiate discounts...
