Often times I have seen carriers get in trouble by trying to grow grow grow and getting caught up by cash flow. Profit and cash flow BOTH have to be managed. I have seen profitable companies go down based on lack of cash flow management and or understanding.

Wow is all I can really say to that. :(

Just a thought. But isn't a sad day when owner operators don't want to say who they run for? Really a reflection on how much this industry has changed.

I think more and more are. Tough part is getting the really big carriers and brokers to recognize the issue and quit turning a blind eye to it.
