Clearly a time to look for another company. As with Tri-State, they will slowly come around when they lose half their fleet. It is a sad commentary, however it appears to be a growing trend. Once a company loses enough income and capital, they quickly find a need to re-invent themselves in order...

Good advise. Our problem was over time the neoprene rubber bushings gave out. Replaced with brass ones and that solved the problem.

my understanding is that if you are hauling commercial freight for someone else, you need to obtain your authority. If it is your business and transporting your own stuff or working for a company transporting their own stuff you don't need it for a van. Davekc

Between the Sprinter posts and the M2 problems I starting to wonder if they build anything for OTR. They really need to start testing there product before entering into the market. Five weeks for one repair is an outrage. Sounds like the A/C problems are just as bad with the M2 as they were on...
