Yes batteries usually last 2 to 3 years. If they were completely drained at any time or have heavy frequent loads ( usually through inverters), they will deteriorate more rapidly. The difference really shows up when comparing to deep cycle (marine) batteries. Davekc

Proheat is supposed to be a real good unit. I believe it is for heat only. What do you do for A/C with this unit? I quess you would need something seperate for that. We use a genset with a roof air unit. Davekc

As far as I know Panther only sends teams out west. We have had runs back with no problem. If you can't get out of CA. why wouldn't you go to ElPaso. Freight there is usually pretty good. Davekc
