    Mechanical Adding air ride

I have Allison DOC software here, it has an excellent driveline angularity calculator included. Changing the pinion angle is not that difficult (if it needs to be done), but it does involve loosening the axle u-bolts and changing the blocks under the springs. It's not something you want to do...

    Mechanical Adding air ride

That looks like it was designed pretty well. A lot better than some I've seen. I'm assuming that you're going to want to keep the truck at the stock ride height, correct? If you want the ride height altered, driveshaft angularity will need to be checked. This will affect pinion angle unless...

Heating / Cooling Need help with Electric heater!!!

I wonder if a military personnel heater will be sufficient. Most of these require 24v and an external exhaust vent. This one uses diesel, earlier ones gasoline. They will put out savage heat. VEHICULAR ARCTIC CAB & CARGO HEATER KIT M35A2 M35A3 M813 M818 M820 M934 M935

Rollbacks are notorious for wiring problems, especially if the lights on the bed ground to the bed. That means that all the lights are going to try to ground through the hinge pin. Take a look at the ground path on the lights. If everything just attaches to the bed, try running a ground strap...

You can straight up ignore P0410. It means that it had to wait for air pressure to build up in the tanks before it could light the burner for an scr warmup. It is normal to see this. P0410 will not turn on the check engine light.

Is this a trouble code description? If so, what's the code? The air dryer should pop, then purge a decreasing amout of air for 20-30 seconds. If it has a purge problem the purge valve may be replaceable easily. Depends on air dryer model.

There is no module that controls this. It's added by the body builder.

Most of these block heaters are pretty similar. Is the end of the cord plugged all the way into the heating element? Is there corrosion in the connector? From what I've seen (not on Hinos, no one uses them around here) is that the heating element burns up and simply makes no connection...
