    August location

I've got one pro showing as missing: delivered 8/19 @ 2100 & 2200, scanned 8/20 @ 0945. Will check tomorrow, if not showing, will scan & send via laptop. Steve, please send the link for drivers, just in case - and thanks. :)

    Story Time----Let's hear 'em

The buildup was great, but the moral was priceless, lol. :D PS My rules for driving in WV include knowing your exact location at all times, because if you have to ask a local "What road is this?" you may not understand what he says - and the more you ask him to repeat it, the less clear it will...

    Driver's facilities

I've never used anything except the 'library' [which I love! I trade books every time I'm there], but I'd be hesitant [all joking aside] to confront someone who left a mess - people often get defensive when confronted, and attack rather than admit and/or apologize. Especially when the accuser...

    Driver's facilities

"If you bring it to their attention, they will clean it up" - sure they will, when it's Nick they're lookin at. But I kind of think they might just look [down] at me and laugh. [If you see someone trying to walk out with a mad little woman trying to drag him back in, you'll know why.] :D

    Pumpernickel does go bad

How can you tell? Seriously, I know it does, but it lasts longer than any white bread does. Way longer. A lot longer than my taste for it lasts, at least. [Usually till the spinach dip is gone.] :D Bread was a big aggravation with a small fridge, having to throw half of every loaf out bugged me.

    Refrigerator

Obscuring the window was my first concern, [it doesn't], and the power draw was the second - I couldn't get a close enough look at it in the box [stuck up on the highest shelf of the store] to determine the amps. I still don't know how many it draws, but the voltmeter shows almost no difference...

Foreign Workers Walk Off Job At Hershey Packaging Plant

When people who are family oriented spend a lifetime creating a home for their family, trading that home for yet another 'temporary' [because they so often turn out to be, no matter how 'permanent' it looked at the beginning] job is flat out insane. When people can't feel relatively secure...

    Refrigerator

I LOVE the fridge - wish I'd thought of it years ago! Don't have to resupply perishables every 3-4 days, or buy the smallest sizes of everything, [which just generates more trash at a higher price], can make ice cubes [first lesson: not when moving!], and have more than one flavor of salad...

    Driver's facilities

Steve said what I think: the slobs aren't EO members- we are a classy bunch of truck drivers, we are. ;) Posting signs can't hurt, but I think anyone self centered enough to leave a mess in such a nice place is not going to pay attention to the signs, either. It's going to be up to the classy...

proof some people should not be allowed to have kids

The sitter who "didn't realize it was negligent" may be one of the dumbest people around, but she nailed it with this quote: "It's not like they give you an instruction manual." Nope, they don't - parents have to learn the job on the job, and the lack of effort so many put into it is what I...

    I stole this-I admit it

Of course accuracy isn't acceptable to the government, nor honesty either, and if we couldn't find a way to laugh we'd be out with pitchforks and torches - thanks for the giggles. PS I'm stealing it too! :D

proof some people should not be allowed to have kids

You guys ever see the movie "Wild Kingdom"? About the childhood of Marty Stauffer [wildlife photo/videographer]. He was the youngest of 3 boys, and the one who got to be the guinea pig when his brothers wanted to know if it could be done, lol - he had some pretty wild rides, too. Sorry, CLC - a...

    Story Time----Let's hear 'em

The first time I listened to an audiobook was an overnight drive [Cleveland to Somewhere in NC] in my van, for ConWay Now. I was so into the book that the miles just flew by, and by the time I remembered that I needed to get off 40 at some point, I'd overshot the exit by at least 35 miles. No...

    If you're around Cleveland, Oh

When going to customers on Clinton Ave, be aware that you are in Brooklyn from the time you exit 71 @ 130/Bellaire, and Brooklyn is one of 2 suburbs that have banned handheld cellphones. If you run the turnpike to 480 to 71, you will also go through the other one: North Olmsted. NOPD are a...
