Problem with your theory is, Ateam, there are a finite supply of veteran expeditors. And when those veterans all take notice of the FedEx "all for me, none for you" policies, FedEx will end up like how JBHunt is to the OTR crowd... a joke. Everyone is talking about FedEx spamming recruiter...

Sorry, I don't go by the hour. And yes, if it meant being able to stay close to home, I would take a $10/hr job. Some things mean more to me than money.

If we're talking $/hr, I made 25 cents/hr as a Lance Corporal in the Marines. Gotta look at the bigger picture, IMO. If $10/hr is beneath you to steer a wheel, I feel sorry for you.

I don't understand what "rights" we'd be taking away. It's all voluntary. If you want to buy cigarettes, booze, drugs, Escalades, or X-box, get a *bleepin* job! If you want to live off the dole, you'll live like we say. YOUR CHOICE! There... no rights violated.
