Oh I think he wants gun control but not convinced he is going to push anything big. Maybe registration on certain types but that may be it. I don't see outright confiscation of guns at this point even though he may desire that.

I think he is gutless and won't want to burn that much political capital to push something substational. Seen him today on Meet the Press and he almost seemed like he didn't want to be bothered by it.
