Not quickly. They would have to get a cdl-B. But they will infiltrate the industry if they do get amnesty. Vans are too easy to get in to so they would feel the impact first. Looks like it is already starting.

If they have not achieve their desired level of success then rather than complaining, they would be better served to find the ones that are successful whether black, latino, or whatever and follow in those footsteps. Most are not born successful. It is a learned trait.
