Those numbers are realistic, depending on the carrier. I would use $8k just to be safe. I would use $1.30/mile for all miles (loaded, empty, personal....everything) as a revenue number. 9mpg would be a good number to use for fuel. The bike can and has been done. It will be up to the carrier...

I like this the best. As long as it is done in such a way to prevent a missed pickup time. Other carriers use the macro suggested, but I wouldnt like anything that required me to send a msg everytime I wanted to get out of the van. That would get old pretty quick imo. Its a great idea, though...

I like the in service/sleeping idea. We could do that at c&m (via phone call...no qcom). We would just tell them a time when we would be available without losing position. This is the first Ive heard of it here, but if its set up right, it's a nice tool.
