    lets have some fun

If the trucking industry followed the above, most of its problems would be solved. You would think it would be common logic but you'd be amazed how many companies don't get it. I had the chance to talk to the guy who owns my carrier the other day, I talked about pretty much the same thing and he...

    Fan Problem 3

Faulty expansion valves should have shown up when the earlier shops checked the pressures. The valve, sometimes called the block valve (block shaped) is where the liquid freon turns into gas (and makes cold happen!). If this valve fails it can fail open which would give you poor system...

    Cummings/DD/Hino/Mercedes

Think that 2/10ths of a MPG isn't important over the 4 or 5 year life of the truck? If you didn't answer yes...... 2 Maintenance. How much oil does...

    Crashed Old Yeller

I'm amazed at the damage to the box! Guess those innocent looking cables aren't so innocent when you tangle with them. You're OK and no one else got hurt, as much as it sucks the rest is just metal and money.

    Cisco Pumps Shut Down Again

As pointed out, the oil companies in Canada (which are all pretty much global/US owned) seemed to be able to convert the pumps up here to temp compensated in what seemed like a month. Sure we don't have as many pumps but they sell a lot less fuel up here. Betcha it gets rolled out in the US...
