    Panther driver placement assistance?

    I tried working for Panther as a Cargo Van O/O. The recruiter never asked if I had a clue on what to expect in Expediting. At the Orientation out of 45 or so potential drivers 6 were Cargo Vans the remaining were about 50/50 Straight jobs & Tractors and most were there to drive for Fleet owners.
